You know it doesn't exist, right?

The future.

Neither does the past.

Only right now.

But in sales, we're obsessed with predicting the future.

We want to know how much we'll sell.

this year?

We spend countless hours building spreadsheets,

And forecasts,

and the targets always go up no matter what,

And no one really enjoys it.

And it's rarely correct.

We almost always miss our targets.
So, I have a solution.
I can predict the future

But I'm not a fortune teller.

I just know how the game works.

Your total revenue sold for the year is a function of the sales actions you take and the speed at which you do them.

What are sales actions?

•⁠ ⁠How many leads you find

•⁠ ⁠How many leads find you

•⁠ ⁠How many calls you make

•⁠ ⁠How many meetings you do

•⁠ ⁠How many DM's and emails you send

•⁠ ⁠How much content you post

•⁠ ⁠How much do you comment on your ICPs' content

If you show me your number of sales actions

and how quickly you do them,

I can show you how much you will sell.

Because in the end of the day, that's it, right?

The forecast, the targets, and the prediction of the future are just outcomes of input.
