Get busy in December.

Because in sales, 2026 doesn't start on January 1st.

It started months ago.

You know that, right?

In sales, it takes time to get deals.

Pick up the phone today,

you'll get money in a year in B2B.

Deals that come in 2026

were the work you did in 2025.

Now we can't move the clock back,

so you've done what you've done.

But none of this, "oh, it's Christmas, let's take our foot off the gas."

None of that, please.

Here's what to do:

In the remaining days,

reach out to all the clients and prospects

that you could help in 2026 and send them a note

Sure, say "Happy Christmas."

But tell them how you hope to help them in 2026.

Tell them how it can happen.

Even suggest a catch-up in early to mid-Jan.

Because remember, we're not here to sell stuff.

We're here to find clients who want our products and services

and put ourselves in the right place at the right time, so if they do need it,

we are the people they're going to buy it from.

So do yourself a Christmas present.

Make your 2026 a win.

By doing those extra bits of work now

And remember, it counts extra because everyone else is busy, not doing work.

You don't even have to do much.

Just do a little more in December

And that's the magic with sales.

Because people notice the extra work.

It's just the extra little percent.

It stands out.

Don't be average.

Be like Santa Claus.
