One tactic. Double sales.
‘Be a dentist’
When you go to the dentist.
Someone greets you for your 10 am appointment.
You wait.
Then you are called into the room.
A dental hygienist puts your bib on and the spittle suction tube.
Then the dentist comes in and only does the dentist work.
Dentist finishes. Hygienist debibs you. (Is that the right word?)
Receptionist takes payment and books you for the next appointment.
In sales, be a dentist.
Have someone who helps with all the friction of sales.
Follow up. Paperwork. Admin. Coordination of meetings. RFP etc.
Because if you just did ‘dentist’ work, ie. sales meetings, all day.
How much would you sell?
40 meetings a week. With an amazing team to ensure the client gets the best service.
I have worked like this for over two decades.
I might be good at sales.
But it's not just me.
I always work with at least one person.
This is a team sport.
Think about it.
It is never just you.
Be a dentist and maximise your sales.
Get at it.
