Do the right thing.
I hear it all the time.
“I get so many spam emails”
“I hate cold callers”
“It clogs up my email box”
“Cold sucks”
And no doubt there are bad practices in the sales industry.
But.
For a lot of us we are trying to do this the right way.
We are just humble salespeople.
Selling what we have.
I get it. It can be annoying.
But a small plea from the other side of the fence.
Every so often.
Just reply and say “No, thank you” politely and wish them good luck with their sales.
Or when a cold caller calls.
Say:
“Not today but I hope you have a great day”
Remember.
That salesperson gets silent almost all day long.
No replies. No love.
And even if you don’t want to buy something
Is it really that hard to just do a kind thing?
It takes less than a minute.
And you will make a salesperson smile.
They get less than 1 reply in a 100.
Be that person.
Be kind.
Do the right thing.
Like these two did for me today.


I sent 80 messages yesterday and got these two back.
Made me smile. And gave me energy for Saturday Sales.
